The Black Neon Tetra (Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi) is a hardy, striking schooling fish with a bold black lateral stripe bordered by shimmering gold-white iridescence. More tolerant of varied water conditions than many tetras, making it an excellent community fish.
