Overview
The Neon Tetra (Paracheirodon innesi) is the classic beginner-friendly schooling fish. It resembles the Cardinal Tetra but has a shorter red stripe that only covers the rear half of the body. Hardy, adaptable, and available in several trade forms including Albino, Diamond Head, and Brilliant variants.
